Ryan Booth

Ryan is the son of Matt and Leanne Booth, from Post Falls, Idaho.  He started running as a junior in high school, and decided to continue running at Eastern Oregon University.  It was there that his love and passion for the sport of running grew.  After finishing his BS in Biology in 2013, Ryan took a year off from running to get his Master of Education while being an assistant coach of the track and cross country teams at EOU.  It was during this time that he realized he loved coaching and teaching, but that he still had some unfinished business of his own.

Knowing that his limit is yet to be reached, Ryan feels blessed to have the opportunity to see how far he can go as part of Team Run Eugene.  He is excited to be part of a team that is so involved in the community because he believes that, “helping others is just as important as helping yourself.”
